Location perfection! Relax with the family in this peaceful 2 bedroom unit (3 beds) within 250m of Port Douglas' 4 mile beach. Macrossan Street is 800m walk providing easy access to shopping and restaurants; no car required. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with a King bed in the main bedroom, the option of a double or 2 singles in the second bedroom and the couch can convert to a sofa bed if required. All amenities are provided including fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc.

Good to know

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a shared balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Downstairs features a living area with kitchen and dining, a bathroom including toilet, shower and laundry facilities, an outside patio beside the pool and a separate courtyard with BBQ, table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. If required, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

House Rules

Any equipment borrowed or used, please look after and return as it was found. For example, bikes, tennis rackets and beach chairs.

Other Details to Note

Check-in is from 2pm. Check-out is by 10am. No pets, parties or unregistered guests permitted. No smoking, vaping in or around the property. It is a quiet area so please be mindful of noise levels at all times, particularly after 10pm. Pool use at the complex is between 7am and 7pm. Bikes are available but there is no guarantee around this as they may not be in working order. To use the bikes, contact the owner on the number provided. Tennis rackets and balls, and beach chairs available to use.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Port Douglas! It was really close to the beach and Main Street, and the house itself was really comfortable and relaxing! We will definitely be coming back and were sad to leave.

Good location - close to beach and about 10-15 min walk to the Main shops and restaurants. The property had lots of extras supplied - beach chairs, boards even bikes were available. The kitchen was well kitted out with ample crockery etc as well as plenty of washing liquid and all those extra cleaning things that you really done want to have to buy when you’re away. The beds were comfy and the property was spacious. A small complex with a pool.

The property is spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect port Douglas beach holiday. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, we could have happily moved in! The location is great- a few minutes walk from four mile beach and an easy walk to Macrossan street but far enough away to feel relaxed. The owner is very helpful and prompt in providing information and answering questions. Nothing
